Biography

James R. Wadley "Robby"

Robby began his career in May 2005 as a staff adjuster for MS Farm Bureau and later Nationwide. Six years later, he became an Independent Adjuster. Over the next 8 years, he would handle claims all over the country for multiple carriers. Robby has handled claims for nearly every hurricane and multiple hail storms, ice storms, and wildfires from Boston, MA, down to Miami, FL, and all the way across to Paradise, CA.

In 2019, Robby realized where the insurance industry was headed as more and more companies paid for less and less. He began writing supplements for contractors and this is when he got to see what the other adjusters in the industry were doing to policyholders. It was that moment when he realized he needed to become part of the solution, so he became a Public Adjuster in January of 2020, to ensure that the policyholder would be protected.

James R. Wadley "Robby" opened his own firm in March of 2021 and hasn’t looked back. Now he knows the policyholder will come FIRST and be taken care of PROPERLY! His job is to put you back to pre-loss condition, and we at JRCC will work very hard to do that.

He finished his undergraduate studies at the University of Southern Mississippi with a Bachelor’s Degree (1996) and he completed adjuster training at Southern Farm Bureau Tech (2005). He specializes in Residential and Commercial property claims.
