Lauren Olmsted

Central and North Mississippi

Olmsted is a dedicated and accomplished Public Insurance Adjuster at JR Claims Consultants, combining professional expertise with a personal passion for helping policyholders.

Lauren’s career journey is rooted in a diverse and impressive background. For a decade, she worked as a Manufacturer’s Representative, managing over 800 accounts across Arkansas and Tennessee for home décor and furniture manufacturers. Her exceptional ability to build strong client relationships, negotiate complex deals, and deliver innovative solutions made her a trusted partner in the industry.

Following this, Lauren spent five years as a Design Consultant, specializing in custom home construction, remodeling, and restoration. This hands-on experience provided her with a deep understanding of construction processes, material costs, and restoration timelines—knowledge she now leverages to deliver exceptional advocacy for her clients.

Lauren’s path to public adjusting was inspired by her own experience with a challenging insurance claim. Navigating the frustrations and complexities of the claims process firsthand, she realized the need for skilled professionals who could guide policyholders through these difficult situations. This pivotal moment ignited her passion for helping others and motivated her to dedicate her career to advocating for fair settlements and peace of mind for her clients.

At JR Claims Consultants, Lauren combines her rich professional background with a deeply personal commitment to achieving the best possible outcomes for policyholders. Her meticulous attention to detail, empathetic approach, and unwavering dedication have earned her a reputation as a trusted ally during life’s most trying times.

When not working on claims, Lauren finds joy in spending quality time with her husband, children, and extended family, cherishing the moments that matter most.
